Duplex optical patchcord consist of two connectorized fibers, held together by the Zip-Cord system.
The patchcords are available with Singlemode or Multimode fiber, in every footage and with any type of connector with UPC (Ultra Physical Contact) and APC (Angled Physical Contact) lapping geometry. Available with diameter 1.6 × 3.2mm and 2 × 4mm with LSZH or PVC sheath. The production process is constantly monitored by interferometric measurement, to ensure a correct contact surface between the ferrules.
